No dig repairs means fixing drainage issues without having to dig a huge messy hole, no dig repairs can fix issues such as leaks and structural issues. It's a really good cost efficient solution as the traditional excavation method can be quite costly due to labour, equipment and materials.
Step by step process in lining your drain (no dig repair) :
One of our lovely engineers will pop round with his CCTV camera to have a good look at your drains to see if they are a good candidate for being lined. They will show you any issues they find.
Our engineer will begin to insert a resin saturated liner into your drain from the nearest manhole.
The liner will then be inflated- this allows it to conform to the shape of the pipe
Next the liner will be cured, this means it solidifies inside the pipe and forms a completely new surface inside the pipe. Curing is temperature dependant but does usually take an hour
Once cured our engineer will check for any problems with his CCTV camera again.
Relined drains have a new life span of 20-50 years so this isn't just a temporary fix. You will have lovely new drains to last a lifetime.
